Senior Education & Adoption Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Education & Adoption Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive education, onboarding, and adoption strategy for clinical technology solutions within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will partner with implementation, informatics, and customer teams to strengthen workflow alignment, improve solution utilization, and support successful go-lives. This position will also monitor adoption health and translate metrics into actionable improvements that enhance customer experience and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and workflow stabilization for point-of-care informatics solutions
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to improve solution utilization
• Develop and deliver user education and enablement plans for standardized implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption processes
• Monitor metrics related to adoption and customer health, driving continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, informatics, IT, clinical applications, or a related field
• 8–10 years in customer-facing roles related to implementation or informatics in healthcare or medical technology
• Expertise in point-of-care information systems and middleware, healthcare informatics, or digital solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills managing multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on working with diverse teams and customers

Pay

$123,120 – $169,290 annually
