About the role

  • Virus‑scan the production off‑network using multiple virus‑protection tools; follow protocol to address or reject any issues.
  • Once the production is confirmed “clean,” copy it to the Agency's network.
  • Follow specific protocols when handling various document types (whistleblower, RFPA, MOU, International, BSA, audio files, transcripts, laptops, paper, etc.).
  • Analyze productions to determine required processing and applicable protocol.
  • Analyze data to ensure completeness.
  • If the data is “load ready,” inspect it for all components; if incomplete, communicate the issue to the Litigation Support Specialist.
  • Monitor for incoming productions arriving via email.
  • Monitor the Agency's FTP site for productions delivered via FTP.
  • Scan and OCR small amounts of paper documents in preparation for loading into Relativity.
  • Coordinate off‑site scanning for productions containing multiple boxes of paper.

Qualifications
