About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions within government and corporate environments. This includes overseeing the entire eDiscovery lifecycle from collection to production, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute eDiscovery strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure data is collected, processed, and produced efficiently and accurately
- Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain secure data handling practices
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery technology and processes
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
- Experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or Zapproved
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, particularly as they relate to eDiscovery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SQL databases
