About the role

Supports the legal department in managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient eDiscovery management
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Manage and maintain eDiscovery systems and tools
• Provide technical support and guidance to legal teams on eDiscovery processes
• Ensure data security and confidentiality during eDiscovery processes
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of eDiscovery processes

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
• Experience with eDiscovery software and tools
• Strong understanding of legal standards and regulations related to eDiscovery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Experience with security clearance requirements and processes
• Experience with cloud-based eDiscovery solutions
• Experience with data privacy and protection regulations
