About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the eDiscovery process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the eDiscovery process from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and production
• Collaborating with legal teams to ensure that all eDiscovery activities are conducted in accordance with legal requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Providing technical guidance and training to team members on eDiscovery tools and processes
• Ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Participating in project planning and execution, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Documenting procedures and best practices for eDiscovery operations

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
• Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Zapproved
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
• Experience with electronic discovery and data management
• Experience with legal research and document review
