About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions for litigation cases, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of eDiscovery solutions for litigation cases.
• Ensure all processes comply with security protocols and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to understand case needs and provide technical support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on eDiscovery best practices.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory standards related to eDiscovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery or related field.
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects.

Pay

• $163,629 - $231,948 annually for Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist.
• $124,895.40 - $169,500 annually for eDiscovery Litigation Technologist.
• $186,094 - $171,766 annually for eDiscovery Technical Advisor.
