About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain eDiscovery processes and workflows
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with discovery requests
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on eDiscovery tools and platforms
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of eDiscovery systems
- Stay updated with the latest developments in eDiscovery technology and best practices
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
- Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) and other eDiscovery tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with legal research and understanding of legal principles
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations

Pay
- $124,895.40 - $169,500 for Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor
- $147,361 for eDiscovery Technical Advisor
- $156,986.20 - $213,052 for eDiscovery Program Manager
- $162,449 for Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer
