About the role

The Senior Economic Empowerment Coach is responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and communities to enhance economic opportunities and stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement economic empowerment programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Provide individualized coaching and counseling to clients to help them achieve financial independence.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand access to resources and services.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, social work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in economic development or related field.
• Proven ability to motivate and empower individuals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of local economic conditions and resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
