Pattern accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces leveraging proprietary technology and AI. Utilizing more than 66 trillion data points, sophisticated machine learning and AI models, Pattern optimizes and automates all levers of ecommerce growth for global brands, including advertising, content management, logistics and fulfillment, pricing, forecasting and customer service. Hundreds of global brands depend on Pattern’s ecommerce acceleration platform every day to drive profitable revenue growth across 60+ global marketplaces—including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 2–4 apparel partner brands, driving sales performance, marketplace growth, and brand visibility across ecommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies for each apparel brand, optimizing product assortment, pricing, and digital merchandising in line with seasonal trends and consumer insights.
- Oversee daily marketplace operations, including product uploads, content optimization, inventory monitoring, and promotional campaign execution for apparel SKUs.
- Serve as the go-to apparel marketplace expert, maintaining deep knowledge of platform algorithms, apparel category best practices, and emerging ecommerce trends.
- Analyze competitive apparel landscapes to identify whitespace opportunities and inform growth strategies for partner brands.
- Lead regular business review meetings with brands, delivering actionable insights on apparel category performance, inventory health, and merchandising effectiveness.
- Ensure operational excellence by coordinating with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of merchandising, order fulfillment, and customer experience initiatives.
- Partner with Operations to proactively manage inventory, address supply chain challenges, and maintain in-stock availability for key apparel styles.
- Collaborate with Advertising and Marketing teams to align promotional efforts with merchandising and seasonal apparel launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading ecommerce or online marketplace efforts for apparel brands (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com, or similar platforms).
- Advanced analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to shape apparel strategy.
- Strong self-motivation and proactive approach, thriving in a fast-moving apparel ecommerce environment.
- Unwavering commitment to ethical standards, brand integrity, and customer satisfaction.
