What is a day in the life of a Senior Ecommerce Manager?
- Nurture a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands
- Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
- Run daily marketplace operations
- Serve as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
- Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth
- Lead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
- Partner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position
- Partner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
- Experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com , etc.)
- Outstanding analytical and data management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- High ethical standards

What is the team like?
- You will work with other Senior Ecommerce Managers and be supervised by the Director of Ecommerce
- You will also be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance
- This team is data driven and results oriented
- You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions
- Ideas and input are encouraged from all members
