About the Role
As the Senior eCommerce Analytics Specialist, you will support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill) by analyzing digital and eCommerce experiences across the Cornerstone portfolio. You will help teams better understand customer behavior, performance, and opportunities to improve the shopping experience. This role reports to the eCommerce Analytics Manager and is remote, though occasional on-site work at our West Chester, OH location may be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop PowerBI reports
- Use Databricks environment to create reports and pivots
- Maintain forecasts and benchmark reporting
- Explain advanced analytics to business partners with varying levels of eCommerce and analytical knowledge
- Translate data into actionable insights for multiple departments
- Train team members on how to use reports
- Identify GA4 tagging opportunities, requirements, and QA analytics tagging updates during release cycles
- Perform other responsibilities and activities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Digital Analytics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3+ years’ experience in digital analytics
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, IBM, or Adobe
- Knowledge of SQL or similar code to access tools like BigQuery or Databricks
- Proficiency in Excel (complex functions), PowerBI, and Looker Studio
- Ability to influence partners through data, build trust, and support informed decision-making
- Customer-minded focus on using analytics to improve the digital shopping experience and business outcomes
