We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting includes no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need headings:

About the role

,

Responsibilities

,

Qualifications

(or Requirements). The posting has "Qualifications" section. Also there is a "Language Skills", "Mathematical Skills", "Reasoning Ability", "Computer Skills", "Certificates And Licenses", "Supervisory Responsibilities", "Language Ability", "Competencies", "Safety and Security", "Working Conditions And Physical Requirements". Those could be considered part of Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine many of those into a "Skills" section. But we also have Qualifications. Could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we need to include all details from the posting under appropriate sections. We need to parse the posting and decide what goes where. First paragraph: "Job Description The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) Coordinator serves as the primary liaison..." That's about the role. So we can put that in About the role. Then "This position is located at company headquarters in Anchorage, AK*" and referral program note. That's metadata; we can fold into About the role as a short p. Then "Responsibilities" heading followed by bullet list (actually sentences). We'll make
  • for each responsibility. Then "Qualifications" heading followed by paragraphs and bullet-like sentences. We'll put that in Qualifications section. Then there are many other sections: Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills, Certificates And Licenses, Supervisory Responsibilities, Language Ability, Competencies, Safety and Security, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. These could go under Skills or maybe under Qualifications as additional requirements. But we already have Qualifications covering education, experience, etc. The other sections are more about skills and abilities. We could create a Skills section that includes Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills, Certificates And Licenses, Supervisory Responsibilities, Language Ability, Competencies, Safety and Security, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. However, we must not create thin sections; better to combine into one Skills section with subheadings? But we cannot use headings other than h3 for section headings. Could we embed subheadings as or

    ? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside? It says use

for section headings. Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create additional headings like Language Skills etc. Instead we can incorporate the content into the Skills section as paragraphs or lists. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from each of those subsections inside Skills. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none evident. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

    About the role

    then a

containing the description plus location and referral note. Then

    Responsibilities

    then
      with each responsibility as
    • . Then

      Qualifications

      then

      or

for qualifications. The qualifications section includes multiple paragraphs: Bachelor's Degree..., Journeyman Electrician..., Minimum ten (10) years..., Demonstrated experience..., Proven ability..., Tertiary qualifications..., Thorough understanding..., Working knowledge..., Strong leadership..., Excellent written..., Strong organizational..., etc. We'll put each as
      • maybe. Then

        Skills

then include Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills, Certificates And Licenses, Supervisory Responsibilities, Language Ability, Competencies, Safety and Security, Working Conditions And Physical Requirements. We'll convert each bullet-like sentence into
      • . Might be many items; but that's okay. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract each piece.
