Senior Driver
About the role
This position is part of a small team of dedicated professionals responsible for the shipping/receiving, delivery and storage of items in spaces overseen by OU Housing and Food Services, to include residence halls, offices, restaurants, and apartments. Position will also serve as part of a team of haulers responsible for moving and adjusting furniture within designated spaces and/or moving furniture/appliances to and from the designated spaces and to/from/around the centralized warehouses. Requires a drivers license. May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as business requires.
Responsibilities
- Shipping/receiving, delivery and storage of items in various spaces
- Moving and adjusting furniture within designated spaces
- Moving furniture/appliances to and from designated spaces and centralized warehouses
- Driving University vehicles with a valid Oklahoma Driver's license
- May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 12 months of driving experience
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's license
- Prefer 3-6 months previous maintenance experience
- Prefer fork lift operator license

Pay
Targeted Salary: $16.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule; May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as business requires.
Travel
May be required
