Position Summary
Responsible for preparing tax receipts ($500+), validating data and identifying changes required on donor records & donations.
Essential Duties
- Processes technical and complex projects such as correspondence, acknowledgements, tracking, memos, best practices, documentation, reports, charts, lists, tables, short statistical reports, and proofing.
- Verifies gift processing data entry against source documentation, identifies errors and makes appropriate changes in Raiser’s Edge.
- Creates, proofs and mails weekly tax receipts/acknowledgements and daily tribute cards.
- Processes matching gifts and makes database changes as needed.
- Handles donor phone calls and responds to donor comment mail.
- Works with Finance Department to assure accuracy of gift records, outlining change requests and tracking them until completion.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
Other Duties
- Performs as back-up to staff absences and vacancies, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Work Experience: 2 years of clerical experience, including word processing, required. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database or similar fundraising database preferred.
Salary Range
$22.76 - $30.10
