Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve document quality
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure timely completion of review tasks
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal document review
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with legal industry standards and best practices
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with legal research databases
