Senior Distribution Manager

About the role

As a Senior Distribution Manager at Raymour & Flanigan, you will lead a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You will also manage inventory and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution and Transportation Teams for effective product movement
• Develop a high functioning team of Supervisors, Leads and Distribution Associates
• Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network
• Recruit and retain high performers
• Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals
• Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization
• Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required
• A Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strategic decision-making skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to motivate others
• Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 50 lbs.
