Senior Distribution Manager

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Distribution Manager to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional distribution sales strategies for market penetration
• Define distributor targets, KPIs, and align expectations with the Head of DM
• Maintain distributor scorecards to observe performance and market trends
• Manage sales forecasts and ensure transparency with designated distributors
• Recruit and contract new distributors in line with regional strategy
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for distributors
• Facilitate distributor training programs and coordinate internal support resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth within complex sales environments
• Strong knowledge of drug discovery, manufacturing/QC, and cell & gene therapy market dynamics
• Experience leading and developing high-performing global sales teams
• Exceptional core selling skills including prospecting and closing
• Excellent strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities

Pay

$97,000 – $155,000 annually
