Senior Dispatcher

Position Overview

At Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric, dispatch is more than moving calls on a board; it’s about driving momentum, maximizing technician success, creating WOW customer experiences, and helping the company win every day. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven Senior Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a live dispatch board with urgency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Prioritize and route calls based on technician skillset, geography, customer needs, and business priorities
• Ensure proper technician-to-call assignments across all trades
• Conduct same-day reviews of $0 calls and identify coaching opportunities
• Facilitate daily dispatch huddles that promote accountability and engagement
• Support operational KPIs through accurate reporting and board management
• Foster a positive, high-energy environment for field and office teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven dispatching, scheduling, logistics, coordination, or operations experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, direct, and build trust with technicians
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services industries
• Familiarity with Nexstar or similar service systems
• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and team development skills
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, high-accountability environment
