Senior Director - Transplant Clinical Operations

About the Role

The Director, Clinical Operations for Transplant provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the transplant programs, including renal, cardiac, liver, lung, pancreas, as well as our unique multi-organ transplant program. This leader is responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring seamless transitions of care, and maintaining full compliance with UNOS, CMS, Joint Commission, and other state and federal regulatory agencies. In this role, you will serve as the leader for transplant operations, setting strategy and direction for clinical teams; partnering with physicians and surgeons on quality, cost, and compliance goals; and steering regulatory and performance improvement initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes, efficient patient throughput, exceptional patient experience and sustainable program growth.

Preferred Education

- Registered Nurse or other clinical licensure such as Physician Assistant

Required Education & Experience

- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced practice degree (e.g., NP, PA) - 5-7 years of progressive management experience overseeing a transplant program - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and implement organizational changes as needed
