Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all transplant programs including multi-organ transplant
- Oversee operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Partner with clinical teams to achieve quality, cost, and compliance goals
- Drive performance improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes
- Ensure smooth transitions of care for patients across services
Qualifications
- NYS Registered Nurse License required or equivalent clinical licensure (e.g., PA)
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced practice degree (e.g., NP, PA)
- 5-7 years of progressive management experience in transplant programs
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills

$225,000 – $290,000 annually
