Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the clinical biomarker strategy across Nurix's full clinical portfolio, setting priorities that inform patient stratification, response prediction, and resistance mechanisms for multiple concurrent programs.
  • Provide scientific interpretation of biomarker data, informed by a strong understanding of cell and tumor biology, molecular biology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology, helping translate those insights into patient-selection, dose-selection, go/no-go, and program-level development decisions.
  • Direct the build-out and governance of biomarker assay capabilities across the portfolio, including assay qualification standards, platform strategy, and vendor/CRO oversight, to ensure consistent, scalable execution across programs rather than one-off, program-specific solutions.
  • Set the strategic direction for evaluation and adoption of novel biomarker technologies and platforms, positioning Nurix's biomarker capabilities ahead of program needs rather than reacting to them.
  • Lead and integrate cross-functional, matrixed teams
