For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Transformation to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead Medicaid implementation programs from contract signature through to steady-state operations
- Establish implementation strategies, delivery roadmaps, and governance frameworks
- Drive project execution consistency through standardized practices and methodologies
- Monitor project health, schedules, and quality metrics for large-scale implementations
- Manage escalation of cross-functional delivery challenges and coordinate major production issues
- Facilitate executive steering committees and program status discussions
- Ensure proactive management of risks, issues, and scope changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of leadership experience in large-scale Medicaid or similar technology implementations
- Demonstrated experience in leading Medicaid, healthcare payer, or government modernization initiatives
- Proven ability to manage large portfolios and executive stakeholders across distributed teams
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred

Pay
$181,000 – $210,000 annually
