About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Own Total Rewards strategy for compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition programs
- Design and manage compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity
- Evolve compensation philosophy and practices to support organizational growth and talent management
- Collaborate with executive leaders on planning and compensation-related activities
- Oversee benefits strategy and ensure competitiveness and compliance across markets
- Stabilize key compensation and benefits cycles for smooth operational transitions
- Lead a high-performing Total Rewards team and establish effective operating processes
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including expertise in compensation and benefits
- Experience leading Total Rewards in high-growth, technology-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and incentive design
- Deep understanding of benefits strategy, compliance oversight, and program rollout
- Pioneering cross-functional collaboration with executive teams and managing committee materials
- Ability to balance market competitiveness with internal equity and fiscal responsibility
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data and make actionable recommendations

$236,000 – $295,000 annually
