About the role

The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards leads the strategy, design, and execution of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role supports the company's growth and ensures competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and private equity value-creation goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on compensation philosophy, pay governance, and market positioning.

  • Build scalable, data-driven rewards frameworks that support rapid growth and organizational change.

  • Lead global compensation programs including base pay, annual incentives, sales compensation, and long-term incentives.

  • Manage job architecture, leveling, and global pay structures across regions.

  • Ensure competitive benchmarking and internal equity using market data and analytics.

  • Oversee global benefits strategy, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.

  • Balance employee experience with cost management and compliance across multiple geographies.

  • Partner with brokers and vendors to continuously optimize offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and equity.

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on rewards spend, trends, and ROI.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, Payroll, and external advisors.

  • Manage all relevant HR related audit activity and ensure full compliance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing total rewards team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience managing total rewards for a similar employee size and global footprint.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing operations within total rewards.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and operational discipline.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.

  • Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices and regulations.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight timelines, and competing priorities.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
