Senior Director, Technical Program Management

Compensation: $202,560 – $303,840 annually

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic direction of the PMO for the Connected Frontline organization
• Translates portfolio strategy into actionable roadmaps with cross-functional teams
• Drives integrated solutions delivery across software, cloud, AI, and mobile devices
• Implements AI-driven execution practices to enhance PMO productivity and efficiency
• Acts as a change leader to improve the company’s solution development processes
• Influences medium- and long-term portfolio strategies as a trusted advisor to leadership
• Ensures successful program execution through effective planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 20+ years in product development, covering NPI, GTM launches, and lifecycle management
• Experience leading R&D or PMO delivery for both hardware and software portfolios
• 7+ years in managing global PMO organizations at multiple management levels
