Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition with strategic growth initiatives
• Lead and mentor a recruiting team while actively participating in key hiring processes
• Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that meets business needs
• Manage executive search processes for critical roles, coordinating with trusted external partners
• Drive recruiting excellence throughout the candidate lifecycle, ensuring an inclusive hiring process
• Utilize data and technology to enhance operational efficiency in talent acquisition
• Support talent strategies for the company’s global expansion efforts

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, with 4+ years in leadership roles within high growth tech environments
• Strong background in end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and operations, especially in complex tech sectors
• Proficient in full lifecycle recruiting, executive search, and data-driven talent sourcing methods
• Experience leading and transforming recruiting teams with modern hiring technologies like AI and automation
• Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with senior leaders and produce data-driven insights
