Senior Director, Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape strategic thinking for new business and growth opportunities across healthcare communications and pharmaceutical marketing. The position partners closely with creative, medical, and data teams to develop compelling narratives, structured frameworks, and insight-driven recommendations that support both pitches and organic growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling and presentation skills, along with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable business insights in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
