Senior Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives
About The Role
We are hiring for a Sr. Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives to help define and drive the long-term strategy and growth of the company. As our Sr. Director, you’ll identify where the business should go next, shape the long-term vision with senior leadership, and turn that into actionable initiatives that drive durable growth. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to solve the company’s most important and ambiguous problems, and ensure those strategies translate into real outcomes.
Pay
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $253,000.00 and up to $350,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Schedule
In this role, you can expect to:
- Identify and lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and business durability
- Analyze market, competitor, and consumer trends to inform company strategy and priorities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape long-term vision and drive alignment across the organization
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure initiatives are executed across cross-functional teams
- Develop deep analytical insights and research to support decision-making and prioritization
- Influence decisions and drive accountability across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions
- Lead complex problem-solving efforts and guide project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you have 10+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, or operating roles within financial services or fintech.
You have an MBA or equivalent experience.
You have proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
You have experience leading and managing project teams and driving initiatives end-to-end.
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
You have deep experience in fintech/financial services and/or hands-on experience with data analysis, market research, or product analytics (preferred).
