Senior Director, Strategic Product Solutions

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own value stream and product solution strategy for the product portfolio
• Collaborate across product portfolios and value streams in a matrix model
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for portfolio and industry trends
• Define solution scope, sequencing, and investment priorities
• Develop long-term product strategy, business cases, and ROI models
• Support pricing, commercialization, and pre-sales activities
• Build partnerships with external stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmap direction with product delivery teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy or related strategic role, preferably in healthcare technology or payments
• 3+ years leading strategy for a product portfolio or value stream
• Proven track record in long-term strategy, ROI models, and executive business cases
• Cross-functional partnership experience with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams
• Deep understanding of market landscape and industry trends relevant to the product portfolio
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay

$185,000 – $234,650 annually
