About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare executive-level narratives and business reviews from complex data
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Finance, and GTM teams for forecasting and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the GM/VP Product to define product strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Conduct research to uncover growth opportunities and industry threats
  • Build a framework for prioritizing the product roadmap and major investments
  • Design governance processes to facilitate decision-making across product teams
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to address blockers and drive initiative alignment

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product strategy, operations, or management consulting; 3+ years in enterprise SaaS/cloud software
  • Proven ability to lead by influence across large teams
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in creating executive presentations
  • Adept at identifying challenges and crafting solutions in dynamic environments
  • Experience managing ambiguity and aligning senior stakeholders effectively
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred

Pay

$218,400 – $401,400 annually
