Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead the development and refinement of the corporate financial model for budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare materials for executive reports and Board meetings
• Collaborate with Accounting and Investor Relations for accurate financial reporting
• Mentor Strategic Finance team members and promote strong financial practices
• Build financial models for evaluating strategic initiatives and investments
• Identify process improvements for financial planning and reporting through automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in investment banking
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to build and maintain complex financial models
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
