Senior Director, Strategic Client Success

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Client Success to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategic Client Success team and foster a high-performing culture
• Define strategic account planning to enhance client partnerships
• Manage commercial performance focusing on revenue retention and account growth
• Serve as the main contact for the Customer Success Center of Excellence
• Build trusted relationships with key customer executives for deeper engagement
• Develop consultant and broker relationships to enhance client success
• Advocate for client needs through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic client-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) required
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing teams in a revenue-driven environment
• Proven management of large accounts with significant revenue and employee scale
• Track record of consistently meeting revenue retention and growth targets
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills to demonstrate ROI
• Deep understanding of mental health industry trends and payment models
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging C-Suite stakeholders

Pay

$153,990 – $195,000 annually
