About the role
Lead strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies. Manage relationships with key clients and prospects to build long-term partnerships. Provide guidance and support to sales teams on account management and account-based marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for high-value customers.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align account strategies with broader business objectives.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
- Support sales teams in account-based marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
