Senior Director Services Excellence

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Services Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape and launch a new services excellence function with broad influence across global delivery, portfolio management, and operating governance. The role will bring together cross-functional partners in Finance, Sales, and services operations to improve execution, quality, and profitability. It is well suited for a strategic operator who has built teams and frameworks from the ground up and knows how to translate process discipline into measurable business impact. The position also carries responsibility for workforce planning, service offering rationalization, and the financial rigor needed to support a large-scale professional services organization.
