Senior Director Operational Excellence
Location: Remote with Travel
Facility: 2 positions available – one territory is Chicago and Indiana, one territory is Kansas, Texas, and Tennessee

About the Role
Lead and oversee Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts and fostering a culture of operational excellence across the organization. Serve as an OE champion, mentor, and subject matter expert by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and integrating continuous improvement methodologies into daily operations. Develop and implement sustainable systems, metrics, and reporting processes to measure compliance, track outcomes, and demonstrate the value and impact of OE programs. Build organizational capability through benchmarking, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading the hiring, development, performance management, and evaluation of OE staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management
- OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience

Pay
$146,000.00 - $248,200.00 per year
Eligible for an annual bonus incentive
