About the Role

As Sales Operations Senior Director, you'll ensure leadership can make sound, fact-based decisions as a strategic business adviser to the global sales organization. You'll develop reporting and analysis packages, lead the quota-setting and compensation components of annual planning, and support the sales department's day-to-day needs and broader revenue initiatives. This strategic role demands excellent interpersonal skills, comfort navigating complex, open-ended situations, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You'll act as a trusted adviser, data manager, and owner of the back-end processes that make the go-to-market seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and drive business transformation initiatives to optimize the global sales engine and maximize revenue growth as the company scales
  • Shape and refine the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership
  • Own the go-to-market tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement, and enablement tools) and shape how the team uses AI to work more efficiently
  • Influence executive stakeholders through data storytelling and evidence-based recommendations to guide corporate investment and strategy
  • Evaluate and evolve how the Sales Operations team is structured and resourced to best serve the business
  • Spearhead global annual planning, including complex quota-setting, territory design, and compensation philosophies that drive high performance
  • Direct cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to create a frictionless lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed global team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within Sales Operations, ideally within a fast-growing High-Tech or SaaS business (staffing sector experience also considered)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to confidently present to and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Willingness to challenge senior stakeholders and bring a point of view rather than just executing requests
  • Comfort with hands-on leadership and leading by example, not just operating at a strategic distance
  • Extensive experience leading complex organizational change and large-scale business transformations
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and results across global, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $230,000. This role is also eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
