Senior Director, Sales Enablement
About The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Director of Sales Enablement to serve as a key strategic leader within our Commercial organization. In this role, you will define and execute the global enablement vision, scaling our programs to support rapid growth and ensuring our GTM teams are equipped to win in a complex marketplace. You will drive high-level cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, turning organizational strategy into field execution. You'll report directly to the CRO and work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to make sure every seller new or tenured has what they need to sell effectively.
How You'll Contribute
- Define the multi-year sales enablement roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with Color's long-term commercial objectives and revenue goals.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to codify and institutionalize Color's sales methodology and "gold standard" for commercial excellence across all segments (payer, employer, and health system).
- Build the "Color Sales Academy," ensuring a premier onboarding and ongoing development experience for our commercial team. Design and run certifications and ongoing trainings.
- Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of a sales enablement tech stack to drive measurable productivity gains. Build out AI efficiencies that are embedded in GTM daily operations across the team.
- Partner with Marketing to own the creation and ongoing iteration of the sales narrative, while working closely with Marketing and Executive Leadership. Develop and maintain talk tracks, pitch decks, and core messaging, giving sales a consistent, compelling story at every stage of the deal.
- Own go-to-market enablement for new product launches and messaging updates. Turn what Marketing and Product build into training, certifications, and field-ready materials before launch day.
- Serve as the voice of the field. Bring real feedback from sales conversations back to Marketing and Product to sharpen messaging over time.
- Partner with People on new hire logistics, cohort scheduling, and manager enablement, so frontline sales managers can reinforce training in the field.
- Report on program impact to sales and commercial leadership, and evolve the curriculum as headcount, product, and go-to-market strategy shift.
- Build out RFP content and support custom RFP responses for AEs [can be above a certain deal size].
- Support custom seller enablement needs for major deals.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

- Proven track record of scaling sales organizations from early-stage growth to global maturity, with a focus on digital health or complex healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives and senior cross-functional leaders to drive strategic GTM initiatives.

- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and sales enablement (Confluence) or LMS tools.
- Experience building out and deploying AI tools/technologies to go-to-market teams that have a measurable impact on commercial performance.
- Data-driven. You track program impact and aren't afraid to cut what isn't working.
- A strong cross-functional operator who builds real relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and People.
- Experience partnering with Marketing on messaging, talk tracks, or pitch decks, and turning that messaging into sales training.
- Experience leading go-to-market enablement for product launches, getting a sales team ready to sell something new, fast and credibly.
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-growing remote environment where you're often building the plane while flying it.
- Low ego.
