About the role
NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Automation to lead its Sales AI and Automation product portfolio. This role will focus on defining and delivering capabilities that enhance sales team productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve experiences for sellers, sales leaders, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Sales AI and Automation.
- Partner with sales leaders and business stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements across Salesforce and the broader sales and marketing technology ecosystem.
- Lead product discovery by combining user research, data, and business insights to define high-value sustainable solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Design teams throughout delivery, from concept through launch and adoption.
- Measure product performance using adoption, engagement, operational, and business outcomes, and continuously optimize based on results.
- Drive organizational alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, balancing strategic priorities with near-term business needs.
- Partner with Change Management and Enablement teams to support successful adoption of new capabilities.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends, identifying opportunities to responsibly introduce new capabilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Business Analyst while establishing strong product management practices across the team.
- Build strong relationships across Product teams to understand how capabilities connect across the sales and marketing ecosystem, identify opportunities to simplify and automate end-to-end workflows, and share best practices that improve consistency and accelerate delivery.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or business platforms.
- Experience leading products focused on workflow automation, AI, CRM, or sales technology.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and modern product management practices.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams to deliver complex technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within advertising, media, streaming, or enterprise sales organizations.
- Experience with sales and/or marketing workflows and systems technologies.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities including generative AI, copilots, intelligent search, workflow automation, and agent-based experiences.
- Experience with process automation platforms such as Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise data, governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to influence within and across cross-functional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively with audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.

- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

- Salary range: $195,000 - $235,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
