Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute multi-year sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and inspire a multi-tiered sales team, fostering professional development
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and predictive sales metrics for accountability
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with institutional partners to solidify market position
  • Close major accounts and partnerships alongside the team
  • Modernize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Translate industry trends and competitor analysis into commercial strategies

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Progressive executive sales leadership experience in payment processing or financial technology
  • History of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • Experience leading a team of sales hunters
