Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute multi-year sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Lead and inspire a multi-tiered sales team, fostering professional development
- Establish and monitor KPIs and predictive sales metrics for accountability
- Cultivate strategic alliances with institutional partners to solidify market position
- Close major accounts and partnerships alongside the team
- Modernize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Translate industry trends and competitor analysis into commercial strategies
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Progressive executive sales leadership experience in payment processing or financial technology
- History of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
- Experience leading a team of sales hunters
