The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is dedicated to modernizing risk management with technology, shifting from reactive to proactive and from manual to automated approaches. As a Product Leader, you'll play a crucial role in this transformation, influencing the development of critical products that support the core business.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay & Benefits

Salaries for this role vary by location:

• Mclean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
