Senior Director, Product Management

About the role

The Risk Management Product team is seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the strategic transformation of our Technology and Data Risk Management technology platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team that is on a mission to redesign how we manage risk. You will lead a team of Product Managers, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results. You will gain exposure to some of the key risk management processes and decision makers at Capital One.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value
• Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
• Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Requirements

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
• Preferred: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

• Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Mclean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Schedule

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
