About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management, partnering with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Own and advance the procurement governance framework for consistent execution
  • Support the Third-Party Risk Management program strategy and operations
  • Ensure regulatory readiness by implementing actionable procurement controls
  • Provide executive-level visibility on supplier risks through dashboards and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on supplier contract templates and negotiations
  • Manage supplier audit governance, supporting compliance evidence requests
  • Integrate ESG and sustainability factors into supplier governance processes
  • Drive improvements and automation of governance and risk workflows
  • Lead a high-performing global team while ensuring accountability

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement governance or third-party risk management in complex global enterprises
  • Demonstrable experience creating and managing scalable governance frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk lifecycle practices
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in presenting executive-level risk reporting and insights
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
