This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management, partnering with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Own and advance the procurement governance framework for consistent execution
- Support the Third-Party Risk Management program strategy and operations
- Ensure regulatory readiness by implementing actionable procurement controls
- Provide executive-level visibility on supplier risks through dashboards and KPIs
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on supplier contract templates and negotiations
- Manage supplier audit governance, supporting compliance evidence requests
- Integrate ESG and sustainability factors into supplier governance processes
- Drive improvements and automation of governance and risk workflows
- Lead a high-performing global team while ensuring accountability
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement governance or third-party risk management in complex global enterprises
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing scalable governance frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of third-party risk lifecycle practices
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in presenting executive-level risk reporting and insights
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
