About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management, partnering with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Ashburn, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the procurement governance framework ensuring global consistency
  • Manage the Third-Party Risk Management program including supplier risk tiering and monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate procurement policies
  • Deliver executive-level visibility into supplier risks through risk analytics and reporting
  • Collaborate with Legal to update supplier contract templates and manage key risk clauses
  • Oversee supplier audits and ensure compliance with audit expectations
  • Integrate ESG and sustainability risks into supplier governance processes

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement governance or related fields within a global enterprise
  • Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks with measurable audit readiness
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance practices
  • Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable procurement policies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities across diverse business areas
  • Ability to create executive-level reports and present risk insights effectively
  • Experience leading high-performing teams across different regions
