About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the procurement governance framework for global consistency and auditability
  • Oversee the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring effective risk control and monitoring
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable procurement policies and standards
  • Deliver executive insights through dashboards and reporting on supplier risk
  • Work with Legal to update supplier contracts and risk clauses during negotiations
  • Supervise supplier audits, ensuring compliance and appropriate governance responses
  • Integrate ESG considerations into supplier management processes

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in procurement governance, risk management, compliance, or related areas within a global enterprise
  • Experience designing scalable governance frameworks for compliance and audit readiness
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk lifecycle management
  • Ability to implement regulatory controls that meet audit scrutiny
  • Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, influencing stakeholders across various teams
  • Experience in creating executive-level reporting for governance and risk insights
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams across different regions

Compensation

$240,000 – $360,000 annually
