Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor delivery teams in best practices across IT standards
- Define and evolve IT standards and practices roadmaps
- Attract and retain top technology talent
- Adapt industry methodologies for practical application
- Execute strategic Systems roadmaps through department management
- Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to requirements and budgets
- Serve as a key resource for business and operational management on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant systems experience
- 5+ years of direct management experience in a technology environment
- 2+ years of executive-level experience such as Director or Officer
- 5+ years managing distributed software development or systems operations teams
- Expertise in program and project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
