Senior Director Practices and Standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor delivery teams in best practices across IT standards
• Define and evolve IT standards and practices roadmaps
• Attract and retain top technology talent
• Adapt industry methodologies for practical application
• Execute strategic Systems roadmaps through department management
• Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to requirements and budgets
• Serve as a key resource for business and operational management on technology initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant systems experience
• 5+ years of direct management experience in a technology environment
• 2+ years of executive-level experience such as Director or Officer
• 5+ years managing distributed software development or systems operations teams
• Expertise in program and project management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

$151,800 – $220,500 annually
