Senior Director, Planning Process

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable planning processes for demand, supply, and materials
• Establish standards and identify process gaps using data and metrics
• Support the expansion of Central Planning for real-time decision-making
• Partner with leadership to integrate digital tools for operational efficiency
• Build a cross-functional team aligning planning strategies with customer needs
• Develop and maintain planning documentation ensuring adherence to best practices
• Lead a high-performing planning team, fostering a culture of excellence

Qualifications

• Master's degree in planning, supply chain, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of leadership experience in S&OP, supply chain, or materials planning
• 10+ years of experience managing complex planning systems and practices
• Expertise in planning and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis)
• Experience utilizing AI in process environments for automation and productivity
• Proven track record in developing scalable planning frameworks globally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective change management
