Senior Director, Pharmacy Business Operations & Integration

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and coordinate business and finance activities for the Department of Pharmacy
• Collaborate with leadership on operational, personnel, budgetary, and programmatic issues
• Optimize operational and cost efficiencies with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Guide business planning and integration of newly acquired assets
• Prioritize digital and analytics support for improved operational strategies

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
• 7 years of progressively responsible purchasing, negotiating, inventory control, 340B, and financial analysis work experience
• 5 years of pharmacy operational experience in a licensed pharmacy
• Expert knowledge of running a 340B program for a large integrated delivery network
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills

Location: Emeryville, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $236,641 – $430,248 annually
