About the role
This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a multi-channel global strategy to maximize demand across the company network.
- Create AI-driven workflows to engage the Member network with personalized offers.
- Design and implement closed-loop attribution models linking exposure to transactions.
- Build an autonomous experimentation engine for real-time campaign optimization.
- Establish a centralized performance marketing structure across regions and products.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance campaign development and execution.
- Work with Data to create a comprehensive measurement ecosystem for tracking KPIs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least half as a leader.
- Strong budget ownership and quantitative campaign justification skills.
- Proficient in commercial decision-making.
- Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven record of achieving significant results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical expertise for insights and adaptive strategy.
- Deep knowledge in paid social, AI/AGO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and landing page optimization.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
- Understanding of AI tools for workflow optimization.
Pay
$200,000 – $245,000 annually.
Schedule
Office-first model requiring in-person collaboration at least four days a week.
