Senior Director, People Operations, Systems & Data

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for People operations, systems, and data
• Modernize HR infrastructure, including systems and workflows
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to enhance data architecture
• Streamline processes and clarify ownership for operational efficiency
• Drive data quality and establish governance for workforce metrics
• Lead people analytics and translate insights for leadership
• Develop operating mechanisms to enhance team execution and prioritization

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Operations or similar roles, ideally in high-growth environments
• 4+ years leading teams in operations, systems, or analytics
• Expertise in HRIS, payroll, and enterprise systems with a keen understanding of data flow
• Strong analytical skills with experience in designing reporting frameworks and translating data into actionable decisions
• Prominent track record in systems implementation and process redesign that enhances quality and speed
