Responsibilities
- Translate team and employee needs into effective People technology strategy
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver impactful workforce analytics and predictive insights
- Automate manual HR processes to enhance team productivity
- Arcitect a digital ecosystem to improve organizational efficiency
- Balance strategic investment decisions with operational execution to implement roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles, with 5+ years in leadership positions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with Workday and People systems strategy
- Ability to interpret People data and translate analyses into actionable recommendations
- Proven process design and automation skills in HR functions such as recruiting and performance management
- Exceptional communication skills between technical and non-technical teams
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformations with a focus on employee experience
